We strive to make the process as simple as possible for all parties. Here are 5 easy steps in the process.

The first step is to schedule your appointment. You may contact us at (208)614-2778 or by clicking the Schedule Appointment button and filling in your information.

Identification: The signer(s) must present acceptable identification to the notary public. This usually includes government-issued photo IDs such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
Signing: The signer(s) must sign the document in the presence of the notary public. They may be required to sign in multiple places depending on the document’s requirements.

This may sound obvious, but we don’t want to leave anything out. All signers must be present and in-person before the Notary.
