For More Information

01.

Schedule and Appointment

The first step is to schedule your appointment. You may contact us at (208)614-2778 or by clicking the Schedule Appointment button and filling in your information.

02.

Gather Documents (you can remove “That Require”)

Identification: The signer(s) must present acceptable identification to the notary public. This usually includes government-issued photo IDs such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

Signing: The signer(s) must sign the document in the presence of the notary public. They may be required to sign in multiple places depending on the document’s requirements.

03.

Attend the Notarization

This may sound obvious, but we don’t want to leave anything out. All signers must be present and in-person before the Notary.

04.

Document Authentication

  1. Notarial Certificate: The notary completes the notarial certificate, which typically includes details such as the date, signer’s name, type of identification presented, and a description of the document.
  2. Notarial Act: The notary performs the notarial act, which may involve administering an oath or affirmation, witnessing a signature, or certifying a copy of a document.
  3. Notary’s Seal and Signature: The notary affixes their official seal or stamp to the document and signs it, attesting to the fact that the signer(s) appeared before them, were properly identified, and signed the document willingly.

05.
